We are a strength and conditioning facility that revolves around an established community ethos. We deliver a program which is inclusive and challenging for any ability, from ‘Weightloss Journey’ to ‘Professional Athlete’ we’ve got you covered. Helping people to become fitter, faster and stronger with an emphasis on developing and educating you as a person. We pride ourselves on providing more than a ‘place to train’.

We cultivate an environment of inclusivity, tolerance and shared progress. We believe that everyone who steps through our door can leave fitter, healthier and stronger. We share space with consideration. We keep equipment clean, and protect the momentum of the people around us. If someone slows down, stops. We keep them going, until they can’t. 'Building fitness through variety and keeping it fun’
No two days will be the same at the Project. We don’t settle for the same sets, reps and exercises, week after week. If you’ve perfected a workout, you’re no longer pushing your boundaries. Variety will evolve your capability. So when you land at the Project, be ready for that journey. Whatever the exercise, whatever the workout , we give it our all.
