The Project is a strength and conditioning facility that aims to deliver a program which is inclusive and challenging for any ability. Helping people to become fitter, faster and stronger, with an emphasis on developing and educating you as a person.

We don’t like routine at The Project, therefore no class will ever be the same, to us routine is the enemy! We use conditioning, weightlifting and bodyweight movements in a variety of ways to challenge every aspect of fitness.
