A mix of bodyweight movements, weightlifting, and cardio exercises. The workout changes every day so you get the most out of your training.

Functional Movement

We prioritise movements that get results. Think squat, deadlift and pressing. Rowing, biking and running. Pull Ups, muscle up and handstands. These movements will get you results fast.

High Intensity

We push ourselves as hard as we can or want to on that particular day. Our coaching staff will encourage and support you, but you set the pace.

All classes are coached by qualified CrossFit coaches.
