Our Timetable has over 35hrs of coached fitness classes per week...

PROJECT 60...

 ..is a strength and conditioning program that is scalable for all levels. It incorporates high-intensity interval training, olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, and other disciplines. We start each class with some mobility and stretching exercises.

PROJECT 45...

 .. is mainly focused around building endurance using Kettlebells, Sandbags, Dumbbells, Running, Assault bike, Rowers, Ski Ergs and Bike Ergs. We use varying interval lengths and intensities to increase you aerobic capacity, strength and power. This class is for all ability levels.
